• Local transport from the port of arrival

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping, or events beyond our control.

7. Installation

Our systems are designed for simple local installation.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• Installation is your responsibility
• We may provide instructions, diagrams, or remote support
• We are not responsible for installation errors by third parties

8. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our systems:

• Mirror-anodized aluminum panels — 10 years
• Receiver tubes — 5 years
• Structural frame — 5 years
• Storage tanks — 2 years

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage from extreme weather, hail, or wind
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or repair
• Modifications made without our approval

Warranty claims must be made in writing to info@solarwaterdesalination.com.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Within 30 days of delivery
• In original, unused condition
• At your cost, unless the product is defective

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Custom-built systems are non-refundable.
